GIVE yourself some love today with this FREE GIFT!

I’ve been really excited this week. So many of you have resonated with my last email on how loving others is healthy!

So I wanted to completed the circle of giving by sharing with you (1) a story about what I do to take care of myself and (2) a free progressive relaxation technique I recorded for you to do the same!

About a couple weeks ago I was going through some pretty crazy stress. It’s not always easy managing and owning fitness centers, a full Taekwondo program, a health coaching practice, and being a great dad!
