Hi! I’m Travis Richardson: Holistic Health Coach, Master Trainer & Freedom Fighter!

about-1 I’ve dedicated my entire life to health & wellness and am on a personal mission to teach my message to everyone who will listen.

I help anyone, regardless of who they are, reach a level of wellness that most people can only dream about. How do I do this?

I listen to my clients and combine ALL 3 key areas of nutrition, fitness & mindset into my coaching.

There is so much false information on the internet these days… So many sources promote quick fixes, fast weight loss, harsh pills& regimens all to achieve a temporary figure change.

I’m here to change all of that. True change takes time. Lasting change takes discipline. How do I know?

Since 2008 I’ve owned, operated and managed two (2) gyms here locally. My creation, MAX10 Bodyshaping, is a 10-week kick-your-butt program including kickboxing, resistance training & nutrition. I’ve had 1000s of people pass through my doors. The ones that make it to 10 weeks do Ahhhh-MAZING!!! However, despite all my efforts, the retention rate since day 1 has been on par with industry standard-dismal… Why?

Most people need an expert coach, with intense accountability.

In fact, I’d go as far as to say that every single person, including myself needs a coach if they want to shift substantially. How can we get to the top of the mountain without a guide? It’s possible, but rare.

As a former 6-time National Taekwondo champion, US Olympic hopeful & peak performance expert, I’ve wanted nothing more than to discover how the body works, optimal health & how others can become their own champion.

What I’ve found is that discipline and dedication DO come from within, but those traits are fostered and honed by a good coach. I had many coaches along my journey.

A great coach is holistic and embodies their message.

As I mentioned, I am a former elite athlete with US Olympic level training. I lived and breathed my passion of Taekwondo as a former resident athlete at the US Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

You name it, I’ve got it covered! I have also studied nutrition, fitness, martial arts, kickboxing, dance, yoga, meditation, mind-body healing, herbal healing, naturopathy, essential oils, massage therapy, wellness coaching, human psychology & more!

I bring all of this to each of my clients.

I consider myself a master at integration. Probably from my 10 years as a software engineer. I have an uncanny ability to take a lot of concepts, techniques, and modalities and pull them together into a cohesive package for my client.
