It seems like all the rage this holiday season are those activity tracking devices. You know, the ones on all the commercials lately…
And for good reason! They really do a great job at keeping people accountable, tracking your fitness, nutrition, sleep, and more!
I wanted to take a few seconds to take a look at why I use these devices in ALL of my coaching clients and what they can do for you to help you over the holidays and into 2015 as you work toward your New Year’s resolutions.
Here are 5 great reasons to wear my favorite activity tracker, the fitbit:
The fitbit tracks your daily activities like how many steps you’ve taken, how far you’ve went, how many stairs you’ve climbed, your estimated calorie burn, and how well you slept. It is important to know what you are doing, and how much you are doing it, if you are to reach your goals. The fitbit is one way to keep track of all your efforts effortlessly.
#2: It’s FUN!
You get to check your stats, your all-time records, and participate in group activity boards. The activity boards are groups you can join which are really great for accountability and community. How cool right? You can see your friends daily activity and give them crap if they aren’t staying up on their goals!
Because the Fitbit can detect how much you’ve been moving throughout the day, it can provide a more accurate estimate of how many calories you’ve burned for the day. The nutrition goals are automatically adjusted based on the calorie burn data from Fitbit, allowing you to be sure you’re creating the calorie deficit you need to reach your weight loss goals.
#4 Tracks nutrition easily
Create custom menu, track calories, get reports, it’s your one-stop shop for nutrition tracking.
#5 Customized daily goals
I am excited to announce that I’ve decided to include the fitbit in my yearlong group coaching program starting January 12th.
If you are looking for the ultimate accountability program in 2015, I’d like to personally invite you to join myself and the rest of the team for what is going to be an amazing year.
I am really excited to integrate the fitbit into the group program, and will be launching quarterly fitbit activity challenges to keep us all on track. This is just one component of this program. As I firmly believe, any program that is effective, will have integrated nutrition, fitness & mindset components.
If you have any questions at all regarding my group program, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me. Just schedule a time to ask questions by clicking here.

Hey! Quick question that’s completely off topic. Do you know how to make your site mobile friendly? My weblog looks weird when viewing from my iphone. I’m trying to find a template or plugin that might be able to correct this problem. If you have any recommendations, please share. Appreciate it!
Yes, I’m working the issue…..
should be fixed in 1-2 weeks I hope!
