You will have direct interaction with me in these 1:1 coaching sessions.
The sessions will include training and implementation on the 3 key areas of nutrition, fitness & mindset.
Targeted nutrition plans, exercise plans as well as supplement support for your unique body and situation will be given to you.
We start slow and build steadily.
Sessions occur via phone/skype in the comfort of your own home.
Mastery happens as we ADD new things that WORK. Over time that which doesn’t serve naturally falls away.
Here are just some of the things you will learn:
  • Raw foods, juicing, blending, detox, cleansing, and the importance of alkalinity & Ph balance.
  • Nutritional rehab for emotional eating, stress eating, and specific amino acids/minerals for uplifting your mood and energy.
  • Food combining, timing, meal planning, preparation, and more
  • Super easy, super fun ways of moving your body that will speed your metabolism and burn fat fast. I will give you workouts to do as needed.
  • Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and other mind-body tools for creating balance.
All private coaching packages include:
  • An Initial Discovery Session: 90 minutes
  • Self-paced activities between sessions to enrich the coaching
  • Three (3) 45-minute sessions of private coaching per month
  • email coaching between sessions
  • urgent call access between sessions
  • personal cell phone access to me
  • and other value-added bonuses.
